Refund policy
At Moondrop Studio, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
1. Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Size Issues
• If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
• If you prefer to return due to a sizing issue, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at mo.0ndropstudio24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost.
4. Sale Items
• Discounted or sale items can be returned, but the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds for sale items will be issued as store credit only.
5. Order Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once processing has begun, we cannot modify or cancel your order.
6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
• If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in reaching out to the shipping carrier.
• Based on the carrier’s response, we will provide an appropriate solution.
• We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
