Refund policy

At Moondrop Studio, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.


1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.


2. Size Issues

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer exchanges, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.

If you prefer to return due to a sizing issue, we will issue a store credit instead of a refund.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at mo.0ndropstudio24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost.


4. Sale Items

Discounted or sale items can be returned, but the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds for sale items will be issued as store credit only.


5. Order Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing has begun, we cannot modify or cancel your order.


6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in reaching out to the shipping carrier.

Based on the carrier’s response, we will provide an appropriate solution.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
